East Walton would be many people's idea of the perfect English village, and with sunsets like this one, seen from within the Greyhound Barns complex, it's hard to deny its attractions!

In the picture showing the Bonfire Notice, you can just make out the same line of poplar trees. Then the trees were in leaf, but in this picture, taken on 2 December 2004, the trees are bare, providing a much more stark, if beautiful, effect.
