Barn Owls are still often reported as rarely sighted on National TV broadcasts, but that is not true in West Norfolk, nor across large areas of the fens further West.

There's one that regularly patrols the hedges on either side of the main road through the village, and others that regularly can be seen working the fields and hedges around the village.
