This is Keeper's Cottage, as seen from the front of the Saxon Agriculture building on 16 January 2005 at around three in the afternoon. In the foreground is the empty car park of Saxon Agriculture, which is closed on Saturdays!

Showing the signs that so many cottages in the village exhibit, of piecemeal extensions over the years, it is indeed the home of the local game keeper. These days the gaming rights are no longer held by the estate, but are let out to a specialist company.
