This is another of the cottages round the common that has neither name nor number. The four unnamed cottages around the Common are indicated in the electoral register with one to four dashes where the numbers might be.

As is common in country districts like this the postman can only deliver the mail because he knows who lives where. Others will need a description of where to find the cottage rather than an address.
